Marketing Manager – WNSMM11112025
Job Overview
- Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products, services, and strengthen brand visibility in the e-Mobility and infrastructure market.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities across B2B and B2C segments.
- Define and own the e-Mobility brand narrative — emphasizing innovation, reliability, scalability, and environmental impact.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioning strategies that establish the company as a pioneer in infrastructure-led electrification.
- Align marketing with engineering and operations teams to support infrastructure rollouts, charging hubs, fleet electrification, and strategic partnerships in tier-1 and tier-2 cities.
- Develop and execute integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and geographical expansions.
- Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, events, and partnerships) targeting both consumer and enterprise audiences.
- Collaborate with automakers, fleet operators, real estate developers, energy firms, and government bodies to build strategic marketing partnerships.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials — brochures, presentations, advertisements, videos, and web content.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing to drive lead generation and online engagement.
- Plan and execute product launches, trade shows, industry conferences, and promotional events to enhance visibility and customer interaction.
- Lead public relations initiatives and media engagement to position company leadership as authoritative voices in sustainable transportation.
- Develop and implement “Charge for Change” and other CSR campaigns to promote sustainability and community awareness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports with insights, ROI, and optimization recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and maximum return on investment.
- Drive demand generation through innovative lead funnels, ROI calculators, and content marketing assets like whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
- Conduct pricing and packaging analysis to position infrastructure products (AC/DC fast chargers, battery swapping stations, etc.) competitively in the market.
- Oversee website management and user experience to optimize content, navigation, and conversion rates.
- Manage influencer collaborations and digital advocacy to enhance credibility and audience reach.
- Develop and execute crisis communication playbooks to address issues like grid reliability or service disruptions.
- Collaborate with government bodies (NITI Aayog, MoP, State EV Cells) for policy advocacy and representation in industry forums.
- Participate in and lead consortiums or alliances (e.g., India Energy Storage Alliance) to promote charging protocol standardization.
- Support sales enablement by creating effective sales tools, presentations, and product training modules.
- Lead market segmentation and customer profiling to tailor marketing strategies for different buyer personas.
- Build brand consistency across all marketing channels and ensure alignment with corporate mission and sustainability goals.
- Manage the company’s digital ecosystem, including data-driven performance dashboards (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and charger utilization metrics).
- Provide regular competitive analysis to track brand positioning, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
- Plan and execute trade marketing and retail activation campaigns in premium channels and commercial spaces.
- Establish and lead loyalty and retention programs to enhance post-sale engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, including digital, content, and field marketing specialists.
- Manage relationships with external creative, PR, media buying, and event agencies with well-defined KPIs and OKRs.
- Maintain close collaboration with sales, product, and finance teams to align marketing objectives with overall business goals.
- Create a continuous feedback loop with ground teams for real-time insights, enabling agile marketing decisions and campaign improvements.
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Expertise in developing and executing multi-year marketing strategies aligned with business growth and infrastructure goals.
- Brand Development & Management: Strong ability to build and sustain impactful brand positioning with consistent messaging across all channels.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Skilled in launching new products, services, and regional expansions through integrated B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and performance analytics.
- Performance & Data Analytics: Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, Tableau/Power BI, and attribution modeling to measure CAC:LTV and campaign ROI.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Strong understanding of e-Mobility market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor benchmarking.
- B2B & B2G Marketing: Proven expertise in marketing to fleet operators, real estate developers, OEMs, and government agencies.
- EV Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of charging standards (CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T), V2G integration, TCO modeling, and grid management.
- Regulatory & Policy Awareness: Familiarity with FAME, PLI schemes, and state-level EV incentives; ability to collaborate with NITI Aayog, MoP, and EV cells.
- Infrastructure Product Marketing: Skilled in promoting hardware and software solutions such as AC/DC chargers, battery swapping stations, and telematics platforms.
- Content Strategy & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives, white papers, and case studies that communicate technical concepts in simple, engaging terms.
- Public Relations & Media Management: Expertise in managing media relations, PR campaigns, and positioning the company as a thought leader in sustainability.
- Event & Trade Marketing: Proven record of managing trade shows, exhibitions, and government forums to boost brand visibility and partnership opportunities.
