Store Keeper

• Store and Stock Maintenance  
• Record of Demo Instruments and Follow up  
• Monthly Physical Stock calculation & Report to Directors  
• Repairing material management  
• Data entry through ERP system  
• Repairing Instruments Record & Follow-up  
• Dispatch Assistance  
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned  
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary  
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures  
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Key Skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities  
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills  
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Candidate should have accurate stock records  
• Accurate, superior written/oral communication and documentation skills.
