Channel Sales Manager

• Meet Architects, Builders, Corporate clients and promote all product range
• Handle existing key corporate accounts of the company and also develop new accounts.
• Work in a target-driven environment
• Provide daily reports
• Would be required to handle the complete operation starting from Inquiry generation. Sampling, quotations, follow up, order closure, delivery coordination, payment collection
• Building client relation
• Increase business network
• Managing client relationships to minimize churn
• Managing team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market
• Increase net additions and acquisition rental revenue
• Managing workforce to leverage opportunities for cross-selling of different products
• To ensure customer Satisfaction by keeping a check on complaints/ wrong commitments by team/ enquiries etc

Any Graduate with relevant experience can apply

Skills and knowledge

• Strong communication skills required
• Candidate should be mobile and willing to travel
• Candidate should be fluent with MS Office and computer savvy
• Maintaining high revenues and profits
• 100% + penetrated market.
• Maintaining a good level of employee engagement
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through proper handling of customer service team, and through training of sales professionals on sensitivity to customer needs
• Managing customer relationship in the face of increasing competition
