Business Development Manager (Advertising Industry)
1. Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets.
2. Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval.
3. Brief agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the client.
4. Responsible for identifying potential clients by placing cold calls, sending out emails, or following up on inquiries.
5. Showing sample advertisements, an explanation of the places the advertisement could appear, and a summary of how much the ad campaign would cost.
6. Meeting clients to discuss strategy and report on progress.
7. developing and maintaining relationships with clients is hugely important.
8. Keeping records and handling invoices.
9. Writing up new contracts, getting approval on advertisement drafts, preparing media kits, and answering client questions.

· Successful in Advertising Sales and drive is required in order to
· Ability to find and secure new clients and business.
· Correspond with potential and existing clients by email, phone, in-person, or all three, making strong interpersonal and communication skills highly important.
