Human Resource (HR) Executive – WNAHRE30012025

Job Overview
The HR Executive plays a crucial role in managing and streamlining HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll processing, compliance, training, and performance management. This position ensures that HR operations align with company goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements.
- Organize employee recognition and retention programs.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
- Manage employee documentation, contracts, and records as per legal requirements.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
- Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
- Plan and execute orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Monitor employee performance and assist in goal setting.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and suggest career development plans.
- Draft, update, and enforce company HR policies as per industry standards.
- Maintain employee handbooks and ensure adherence to organizational guidelines.
- Handle disciplinary procedures and ensure workplace compliance.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate HR processes.
- Maintain HRMS and generate reports on employee performance, attrition, and HR analytics.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management.
- Track and analyze workforce trends for strategic decision-making.
- Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and corporate events.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee morale and job satisfaction.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management for smooth communication.
