Job Overview

They are looking for a Human Resource (HR) Executive to join our high-rise building construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. She should have a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, ensuring smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and hire skilled professionals for construction and corporate roles.
  • Manage the onboarding process and training programs for new hires.
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee salary processing, attendance, and leave records.
  • Develop and implement company policies for a positive work environment.
  • Conduct appraisals, feedback sessions, and retention strategies.
  • Work closely with project managers and site supervisors for workforce management.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and salary reviews.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Participate in special projects, such as HR system implementation, process improvement, and organizational development.
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Construction industry-specific roles.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction.

  • Manage employee documentation, contracts, and records as per legal requirements.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
  • Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
  • Plan and execute orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist in goal setting.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and suggest career development plans.
  • Draft, update, and enforce company HR policies as per industry standards.

  • Conduct internal audits to evaluate HR processes.
