
- Develop, maintain, and enhance a consistent visual identity aligned with the company’s premium, luxury brand positioning.
- Design high-quality marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, hoardings, coffee table books, project catalogs, sales kits, and presentation decks for premium residential and commercial high-rise projects.
- Create visually compelling digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, online advertisements, property listings, and virtual tour enhancements targeted at premium and HNI clients.
- Design and maintain branding elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, brand kits, templates, and visual guidelines across all platforms.
- Develop unique visual identities for new projects, including project-specific logos, themes, and color schemes reflecting architectural concepts and design intent.
- Produce promotional visuals for project launches, events, exhibitions, and advertisements using architectural renderings, floor plans, lifestyle imagery, and infographics.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, architects, project, and leadership teams to translate concepts, technical inputs, and project narratives into impactful visual communication.
- Work with 3D visualization teams to integrate and refine renders, ensuring color accuracy and premium-quality output.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance architectural photographs, drone images, and 3D renders to achieve polished, luxury-grade visuals.
- Design site branding elements such as hoardings, signage, directional graphics, experience centers, and model apartment visuals while maintaining a premium look during construction phases.
- Create high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, proposals, and infographics that simplify complex data, sustainability practices, and engineering concepts.
- Design UI assets, banners, landing pages, and visual elements for project websites, ensuring a seamless and elegant user experience.
- Liaise with print vendors to manage print production, paper selection, finishes, color accuracy, and overall output quality.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight timelines without compromising quality or brand standards.
- Maintain and organize a centralized digital asset library including photographs, renders, templates, icons, and design files.
- Support corporate communications with visuals for annual reports, sustainability highlights, internal branding, and company culture initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all print and digital outputs.
- Stay updated with design trends in luxury real estate, modern architecture, sustainability, and premium branding to create timeless and innovative visuals.
- Strong expertise in graphic design for luxury, premium, and real estate branding.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects as an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in designing high-end print collaterals such as brochures, catalogs, coffee table books, hoardings, sales kits, and presentation decks.
- In-depth knowledge of print production including CMYK workflows, bleed, resolution, pre-press requirements, and premium finishes such as embossing, foil stamping, spot UV, and paper GSM.
- Digital design skills for websites, social media, email campaigns, online advertisements, and responsive assets.
- Familiarity with UI and UX design principles and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ability to translate architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, CAD drawings, and technical details into clear and elegant visuals.
- Experience working with architectural photographs, drone images, 3D renders, and visualizations including post-production enhancement.
- Strong branding and identity design skills including logos, brand systems, templates, and style guides.
- Knowledge of luxury branding aesthetics, minimalist design philosophy, and HNI-focused visual communication.
- Understanding of sustainability themes, green building practices, and modern architectural trends.
- Expertise in creating infographics and visual storytelling to simplify complex data, USPs, and sustainability features.
- Proficiency in presentation design using PowerPoint or Keynote for investors and premium clients.
- Strong visual storytelling ability to communicate lifestyle, comfort, harmony, and exclusivity.
- High attention to detail with a focus on pixel-perfect execution and premium-quality output.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with marketing, sales, architects, and project teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with adaptability across print, web, and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar platforms for quick design requirements.
- Awareness of current design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to luxury real estate and architecture.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good-to-have skills include basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, 3D tools, photography direction, or digital marketing formats.
