With a strong international presence, the Company is widely recognized for its innovation, operational excellence, and commitment to environmental sustainability.

Job Overview

The Human Resource Executive plays a key role in supporting the Company’s people management and organizational development objectives. The role is responsible for executing core HR operations, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration across manufacturing and corporate functions. The Human Resource Executive works closely with management to ensure smooth HR processes aligned with global standards, ethical practices, and the Company’s sustainability driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment and talent acquisition for plant, laboratory, technical, corporate, and international roles.
  • Coordinate manpower planning in line with production capacity, expansion plans, sustainability initiatives, and global growth objectives.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, campuses, contractors, professional networks, and industry specific channels.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain role specific job descriptions, KRAs, KPIs, and competency frameworks across functions.
  • Design and execute structured onboarding and induction programs covering company culture, safety norms, environmental policies, and code of conduct.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, HRIS, and personnel documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, shift rosters, contract workforce records, and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Coordinate accurate and timely payroll processing including incentives, overtime, statutory deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, factory regulations, safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal HR policies across locations.
  • Manage audits, statutory filings, customer audits, and regulatory inspections related to employment and HR compliance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns, ensuring fair, transparent, and timely resolution.
  • Support harmonious employee and industrial relations, including coordination with worker representatives or unions where applicable.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, safety campaigns, Kaizen initiatives, wellness activities, and cultural events.
  • Promote a values driven culture focused on safety, teamwork, continuous improvement, diversity, inclusion, and environmental responsibility.
  • Support the performance management process including goal setting, appraisals, feedback, probation confirmations, promotions, transfers, and improvement plans.
  • Align individual and team performance objectives with operational excellence, quality standards, safety targets, and sustainability goals.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate technical, safety, behavioral, leadership, and sustainability focused training programs.
  • Track training effectiveness, employee development progress, and succession planning for key operational and supervisory roles.
  • Partner with EHS teams to reinforce workplace safety practices, PPE compliance, health initiatives, and accident prevention programs.
  • Support welfare facilities such as canteen, transport, accommodation, hygiene, and working conditions for plant and contract employees.
  • Embed sustainability and ESG principles into HR practices, employee education, engagement initiatives, and reward systems.
  • Support CSR and community engagement initiatives related to recycling awareness, environmental responsibility, and employer branding.
  • Implement and periodically update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with global standards and local regulations.
  • Assist in HR digitization initiatives including HRMS, attendance systems, self service portals, and HR analytics tools.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics on headcount, hiring, attrition, payroll, training, safety, and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including operations, production, R&D, quality, logistics, and sustainability teams to align HR practices with business needs.
  • Support senior management in HR strategy execution, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.


Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of end to end HR operations and complete employee lifecycle management.
  • Hands on experience in full cycle recruitment for blue collar, technical, engineering, EHS, and corporate roles.
  • Ability to source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, campuses, agencies, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and headcount optimization across multi location operations.
  • In depth knowledge of labor laws, factory regulations, industrial relations, and statutory compliance in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in handling contract labor management, vendor coordination, and compliance with CLRA and related regulations.
  • Practical exposure to multinational and multi location HR operations with cultural sensitivity and global coordination skills.
  • Hands on knowledge of payroll coordination, shift management, overtime calculation, incentives, and statutory deductions.
  • Experience managing payroll and HR operations for large and diverse workforces.
  • Strong capability to handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and union interactions professionally.
  • Ability to maintain harmonious industrial relations and support negotiations and settlements where applicable.
  • Experience in performance management systems including KRAs, KPIs, balanced scorecards, and appraisal cycles.
  • Ability to align individual performance goals with operational excellence, safety, quality, and sustainability objectives.
  • Capability to identify training needs and coordinate technical, safety, leadership, and behavioral development programs.
  • Understanding of manufacturing safety standards, EHS practices, and sustainability requirements in industrial operations.
  • Awareness of ESG principles, circular economy concepts, and integration of sustainability into HR practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, HRMS, ATS platforms, biometric attendance systems, and digital onboarding tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for HR MIS, analytics, and reporting.
  • Ability to prepare HR dashboards, reports, and data driven insights for management decision making.
  • Strong documentation, audit readiness, and compliance reporting skills including ISO related HR documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across shop floor employees, technical teams, and senior leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with operations, finance, EHS, vendors, and external agencies.
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information ethically.
  • Strong organizational, time management, multitasking, and project coordination abilities.
  • Analytical and problem solving mindset with the ability to resolve HR and people related challenges effectively.
  • Adaptability to fast paced, process driven, safety critical, and technology evolving manufacturing environments.
