Head - Quality Control

Last 3 yrs. as Head of QA function in Automobile Engineering Industry.
Possess excellent knowledge on Quality Assurance documentation.
Lead execution of Quality department,
Inspection & Testing of all raw materials, in-process and finished products.
Responsible for preparation of QAP /Inspection Test Plan and coordination with other deptt.
Co-ordinate with all production shops, group marketing to understand requirements and help to plan production.
Ensure high customer satisfaction - Zero Rejection of dispatched goods.
To Manage the Inspection of Fabrication and Machined equipment & to maintain all Quality Records.
Ensure safe handling of chemicals for QC.
Ensure compliance of Group's Code of Conduct at all levels.
Oversee key organizational development initiatives, e.g. capability building, succession planning, talent management etc.
Knowledge on NABL & testing labs.
Knowledge on various Code & standards related to manufacturing of Steel Plant Equipment, Bulk Material Handling Equipment including EOT cranes, Casting, Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers, Technological Structural.
