R & D Hardware Design Engineer – WNNRDHDE22022023
- Work with Business and Design lead to understanding the requirements.
- Create requirements for architecture.
- Work with innovative technology like LiFi.
- Improve architecture to meet specs while working with various development teams.
- Design and develop test circuits to PCB, Components selections and board bring up.
- Able to evaluate design (Analog circuits), create mathematical models and simulations.
Able to work with high end DSO, DMM, Arbitrary function generators etc.
- In depth Research and development.
- Address a broad range of customer segments, from small & medium businesses.
- Attend largest enterprises with advanced requirements for leading branch, campus LAN and data centre solutions.
Key Skills
- Good technical depth in analog design.
- Good technical depth in digital design, MCU, FPGA, DSP.
- Passionate about solving problems.
- Good understanding about different programming languages like embedded C, Verilog.
- Good Team player, able to work with software and product design teams.
- Effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Team and People Skills: The candidate should have good people skills to work closely with other team members.
- Adaptive and self-motivated person who can work independently.
- Flexibility in different design tools.
- Possess good knowledge and technical understanding of both digital and analog circuit design.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Familiar with Cadence CAD tools.
- Knowledgeable programming languages such as Python, Perl and Matlab.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with ability to work in teams, ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions when necessary, experience as a team player, and willingness to take on a variety of projects.
- Capability to build relationships and self-motivator.
- Good oral and written communication skills, plus ability to read, comprehend, and explain engineering drawings and technical documents.

₹30000/- to ₹70000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
