Human Resource Manager – WNSHRM15092025

Job Overview

They are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions across our logistics and warehousing operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management to ensure a highly efficient and engaged workforce.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a skilled workforce.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Work closely with operational heads to optimize manpower planning and workforce productivity.
  • Ensure smooth payroll processing, attendance management, and benefits administration.
  • Implement training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management decision-making.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across creative, digital, and account management roles.
  • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain performance management processes to support individual and team growth.
  • Collaborate with managers to set goals, provide feedback, and foster professional development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive work environment by addressing concerns and encouraging open communication.
  • Assess training needs and implement programs to enhance skills, creativity, and industry knowledge.
  • Manage employee records, payroll, benefits, and other administrative tasks with accuracy.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a creative, inclusive, and collaborative culture aligned with the agency’s values.
  • Coordinate team-building events, employee recognition programs, and other engagement activities.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business growth and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee communications, including company-wide announcements and internal newsletters.


Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in logistics & warehousing.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to handle multi-location workforce management across India.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in HRMS software and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, ideally within the advertising or creative industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting and inspiring creative teams.
  • Familiarity with advertising industry trends and best practices is an asset.
