Job Overview
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Develop creative, functional, and aesthetic interior design concepts aligned with client expectations and company’s premium product range.
- Prepare and present mood boards, concept designs, and 2D/3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3Ds Max.
- Create comprehensive design briefs, project schedules, and feasibility studies.
- Incorporate client feedback and finalize designs ensuring alignment with overall design goals.
- Design detailed floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and joinery drawings for execution.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, décor, and color palettes from the company’s premium product offerings.
- Integrate modular kitchens, wardrobes, flooring, and home décor solutions seamlessly into design concepts.
- Prepare BOQs, material lists, and cost estimates in coordination with the project and sales teams.
- Provide expert design consultation in showrooms and demonstrate how products can be customized to fit client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support high-value product sales through strong design presentation and technical knowledge.
- Present finalized designs, samples, and mockups to clients for approval.
- Maintain long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and delivering superior design service.
- Collaborate with sales, execution, procurement, and marketing teams for smooth project delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, take measurements, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Identify and resolve design or technical challenges on-site to maintain premium quality standards.
- Supervise the installation of company products and oversee the final styling and handover process.
- Stay updated with the latest national and international interior design trends, materials, finishes, and technologies.
- Research new concepts and sustainable materials to enhance design quality and creativity.
- Recommend new design techniques, technologies, and product enhancements to management.
- Contribute to the creation of new showroom displays, marketing visuals, and design innovations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, design documentation, and project reports for internal and client use.
- Create professional presentations, visual boards, and design portfolios to communicate ideas effectively.
- Maintain accurate project files, drawings, and client correspondence throughout the design cycle.
- Capture completed projects for company’s portfolio and marketing use.
- Work collaboratively with senior designers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve cohesive results.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure completion within cost and time constraints.
- Provide mentorship or guidance to junior designers and interns when required.
- Act as project manager when needed, coordinating between design, construction, and client teams.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other industry-standard design software.

- Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, textiles, textures, and sustainable options.
- Ability to create detailed 2D and 3D layouts, floor plans, elevations, and visualizations.
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of furniture layout principles and ergonomic design.
- Experience in modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and luxury residential interiors.
- Strong grasp of budgeting, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.

Any Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or Design Technology can apply for this position.
