- Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams for product positioning, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the sales team and showrooms.
- Drive both B2C retail sales and B2B project sales through architects, builders, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads from walk-ins, exhibitions, referrals, and professional networks.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance and target achievement.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and showroom staff to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales and customer handling.
- Ensure top-quality showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and kitchen design discussions with the design team.
- Prepare and present quotations, estimates, and proposals based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Ensure timely responses and resolution for all customer queries and after-sales issues.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within modular kitchen and related product lines.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams for smooth and timely project delivery.
- Act as the communication bridge between showrooms and the manufacturing unit for production feedback and updates.
- Monitor sales performance using KPIs and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Track and manage all sales documentation — inquiries, quotations, orders, and agreements.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, deliveries, and payments to ensure closure of deals.
- Manage the sales department’s budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Plan and monitor sales incentives, marketing spends, and promotional budgets.
- Maintain accurate sales data and reports using Excel and CRM tools.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on sales performance and market insights.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, product launches, and lead-generation events.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchen systems, materials, hardware, finishes, and related interior products.
- In-depth understanding of kitchen ergonomics, design principles, and installation processes.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client management within the modular kitchen or interior industry.
- Expertise in Project Sales (B2B) – managing bulk orders from builders, architects, and interior designers.
- Ability to develop and execute national and regional sales strategies to meet targets.
- Proficiency in channel and showroom sales management across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals and showroom staff.
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights for strategic planning.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting, pricing strategy, and profit margin calculation.
- Skilled in product positioning, promotional planning, and marketing coordination.
- Strong understanding of retail showroom operations and customer experience management.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
