Electronic Assembler – WNIEA23122020

• PCB soldering in production-line.
• Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• An Electronic Assembler is tasked to assemble electronic components, subassemblies, products.
• Use hand tools such as crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, press fits, or similar hand tools.
• Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits and sockets on chassis panels.
• Connect component wires to circuits and connect wires between individual component leads.
• Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
• Tend to machines.
• Adjust or trim materials from components.
• Assemble and connect system components (e.g., cables).
• Repair malfunctions in circuitry and other system structures
• Read and comprehend complex manuals and diagrams.
• Update reports and maintain inventory.
• Capable of placing fine pitch IC's, and passive components on board.
• Capable of doing board level testing (Basic testing like checking LEDs, Impedance Checking etc).
• Flexible to travel.

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience with electronic testing, PCB Soldering and circuitry.
• Familiarity working with various tools and equipment.
• Excellent physical condition and hand-eye coordination.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances and apparatus.
• Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and
• schematics...
• Troubleshoot and Repair Electronics Systems.
• Maintain Reports and Manuals.
• Production-line handling experience.
• Mechanical Skills – From reading wiring diagrams and schematics to using soldering equipment, electronic technicians possess a mechanical aptitude.
• Organizational Skills – From keeping testing equipment in good working condition to maintaining accurate records and manuals, electronic technicians exhibit above-average organizational skills.

Salary

₹15000/- to ₹20000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
