Construction Billing Engineer - WNSCBE13092022
- Prepare measurement sheet from onsite date & drawings.
- Prepare bills of quantities & bills with rates.
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
- Check bills raised by the contractor.
- This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates.
- Review of bills of quantities and item lists.
- Checking of bills and invoices from vendors or contractors.
- Analysis of variation claims by contractor/vendors and closing of the same.
- Prepare preliminary estimates at proposal stages.
- Rate analysis, bill estimation costing.
- Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
- Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
- Take the measurement from the site engineer.
- Get work done as per the protocol of the company.
- Follow up on the accounts department for payment.
- Review the quantities item listed.
- Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
- Checking measurements.
- Bill certification.
- Preparing reconciliation statements.
Key Skills
- Preferably from a Real Estate Background.
- Knowledge of proper billing and inventory management.
- Data management in ERP.
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
- Skills to operate common office equipment.
- Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Should have experience in real estate projects like residential and commercial

₹30000/- to ₹60000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidates)
