Logistics Manager – WNSLM18012023
- Communication to field, stockist and responding to customer queries.
- Responding to audit queries.
- Responsible for inventory verification on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for arranging the monthly reports to HO.
- 100 % Collection of Customer Outstanding.
- Ensure timely settlement of customer credit notes.
- Responsible for SOPs compliance and training to CFA staff.
- Responsible for CFA administration-ensure Discipline and welfare of staff.
- Maintaining all statutory records/ licences.
- Ensure timely calibrations , service and mapping of all equipment.
- Ensure all AMC in place and renewed before the due date.
- Ensure timely dispatches to customers.
- Communication to transporters and carriers regarding transit damages,shortages.
- Handling and settlement of Credit Note. (PDCN,PDDN,Saleable,Expiry and damage )
- Communication to field on long expiry goods return.
- Communication to stockists on excess ,short receipt and batch not found in stocks return.
- Tracking delivery of consignment within time limit for both cold chain and non cold chain.
- Entire record keeping & documentation.
- Annexure filling and filing - cold chain & inward & outward.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
- Direct, optimise and coordinate the full order cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
- Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates.
- Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
- Organizing warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
- Responding to any issues or complaints.
- Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
- Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
- Evaluating budgets and expenditures.
- Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
Key Skills
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
- Proficient in standard logistics software.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
Salary
₹30000/- to ₹50000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
