HealthCare Recruitment Consultant - WNJHRC10102023
- Manage applicant tracking system (Taleo) and develop recruitment reports.
- Managers and staff walk in flu clinics at various businesses to increase sales volume.
- Manage the on-boarding process and collect all new hire paperwork and enter data into an HRIS PeopleSoft database.
- Manage employee's personnel files and maintain accurate up to date confidential client files to ensure compliance with HIPPA.
- Manage and negotiate contracts for all job boards including: Monster-SignOnSanDiego, YahooHotJobs, Careerbuilder, Jobing, and Craigslist.
- Work heavily with applicant tracking systems, ICIMS and Ultipro.
- Update database search engine (iCIMS) with current contact information.
- Source candidates by cold calling and networking using LinkedIn and other social media.
- Prepare for the company's first JCAHO inspection by writing company policies and protocols.
- Process new hires and ensure compliance with federal, state, DOH and JCAHO standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruiting resources and organizations to ensure systems meet FCC and EEO requirements.
- Plan and direct sales promotional projects using media such as facebook, direct mail, press, radio and television presentations.
- Engage with patients' insurance companies, case managers and social workers to ensure the needs of the patients are met.
- Start a monthly newsletter highlighting the office accomplishments with announcements for patients and caregivers.
- Specialize in technical recruiting for medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, telecommunications - optics and photonics.
- Share expertise on industry trends to guide organizations through important decisions.
- Use your strong interpersonal skills to ensure good relationships between the organization and stakeholders.
- Write and present reports that are industry specific.
- Be able to work under pressure and commit to tight deadlines.
- Create business plans for clients.
- Present proficiency with computers and healthcare applications.
- Utilize learnt experience with Medicare and Medicaid.
- Develop and deliver presentations to C-Level audiences.
- Assess business practices and provide insight based on industry trends.
- Create industry specific reports.
- Conduct research and industry specific writing white papers.
- Travel to client offices, as needed.
- Ability to work under aggressive deadlines.
- Able to meet the annual plan.
- Create business plans.
- Use analytical skills to detect any weaknesses or inefficiencies in organizational processes.
- Assess relevant practices and provide insight for improvement based on industry standards and trends.
- Support organizations to reduce costs and increase revenue.
- Prepare business plans for organizations to implement.
- See changes through acting at a senior level.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and safety are a priority.
- Write detailed reports and monitor improvement.
- Write white papers based on research.
