Physiotherapist (WFH) – WNTP22022024
- Able to guide the patient about specific health conditions.
- Formulate the exercise plan for users.
- Follow up with the users and update the exercise & rehabilitation plans.
- Assist users with lifestyle modifications.
- Building a positive user engagement.
- Understanding the user’s needs and requirements therefore being able to pitch the apt plan for the user.
- Prospecting the users for a premium plan for our healthcare app.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be a team player and build a good relationship with users.
- Actively engage participants through telephone and in-app chat and video call.
- Hand-on experience with telerehabilitation would be a plus.
- Making assessments of patients' physical conditions.
- Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
- Conducting complex mobilisation techniques.
- Assisting trauma patients with how to walk again.
- Educating patients, family members, and the community on how to prevent injuries and live a healthy lifestyle.
- Referring patients to doctors and other medical practitioners.
- Planning and organising physiotherapy and fitness programs.
- Evaluate patients to determine whether physiotherapy interventions are necessary.
- Assess patients in accordance with the professional practice guidelines and standards.
- Treat patients with movement disorders that were acquired through injury or have been present since birth.
- Regularly measure patient progress by looking for signs of decreased stiffness, pain, and discomfort.
- Refer patients to other specialists for massages, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, or other specialized treatments.
- Recommend new tools and equipment to assist patients with regular exercise.
- Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress.
- Record and document patient care services.
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care.
