We are looking for a courteous and professional Front Desk Executive to manage the front office and provide administrative support. The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing communication, appointments, and other administrative duties.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and pleasant front-office experience.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Coordinate visitor sign-ins, security passes, and access to the building.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Provide information and assistance to clients, vendors, and staff as required.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols regarding visitor handling and front-office operations.
- Liaise with the building management team for any facility-related concerns.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Executive or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
