Fire Door Sales Manager – WNJFDSM23042025

Job Overview
As a Fire Door Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing key client relationships, managing the sales team, and executing strategic sales plans. You will work closely with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants to promote our fire door solutions and achieve sales targets across your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed regional targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales executives to ensure high performance.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers such as architects, builders, contractors, and project managers.
- Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for effective lead generation and project support.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards during product recommendation and client consultations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, and specifiers.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Key Skills
- Proven track record in sales and team management.
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations, fire-rated products, and certification requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proven sales management experience in the fire safety or construction industry.
