Job Overview
They are looking for an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the brand's marketing strategy across all channels. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness products, a deep understanding of premium/luxury branding, and a proven ability to build consumer trust and loyalty in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share across B2B and B2C segments.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, influencer marketing, SEO/SEM, email, website) and offline (events, exhibitions, retail activations) channels.
- Define and manage go-to-market strategies tailored to premium channels like luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, wellness centers, and high-end retail outlets.
- Oversee product packaging, in-store merchandising, and visual identity to align with the brand’s premium positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define target markets, build promotional plans, and co-develop market entry and expansion strategies.
- Create compelling sales tools including brochures, product presentations, training modules, and objection-handling guides for B2B clients and retail partners.
- Conduct competitive analysis covering brand messaging, pricing, promotions, shelf presence, and customer feedback to drive agile marketing strategies.
- Provide regular product training to the sales team, ensuring alignment on key messaging and differentiation for various buyer personas.
- Manage public relations and strategic partnerships with wellness influencers, retailers, and corporate accounts to strengthen brand credibility.
- Track campaign KPIs and sales metrics, analyzing joint data to assess performance, optimize efforts, and measure ROI.
- Support key account management by assisting in presentations and relationship-building with strategic clients and distributors.
- Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives, point-of-sale promotions, and retailer-specific campaigns in premium outlets.
- Provide marketing-led forecasting inputs to help align inventory planning with demand spikes driven by campaigns or seasonal trends.
- Lead customer retention initiatives such as loyalty programs, subscription-based offerings, and post-sale engagement for D2C platforms.
- Establish a continuous feedback loop with sales for on-ground insights, allowing for real-time marketing adjustments and product improvements.
