Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, IT products, and global service offerings.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other IT-focused ad networks.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis (both international and Indian markets) to inform campaign strategies and identify emerging trends.
  • Define clear digital marketing objectives and KPIs such as lead generation, brand visibility, website traffic, and MQL to SQL conversion rates.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation across all channels for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research tailored to IT solutions and optimize content, landing pages, and web assets for SEO.
  • Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, and organic traffic; implement continuous improvements based on Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
  • Design and manage SEM/PPC campaigns including bid strategies, audience targeting, and performance A/B testing to drive qualified leads.
  • Develop a robust content marketing strategy focused on blogs, whitepapers, case studies, e-books, infographics, webinars, and videos targeted at IT decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, SMEs, and content writers to create accurate, compelling, and value-driven content.
  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and consistent with the brand's tone, style, and messaging guidelines.
  • Build and execute social media strategies to grow the brand’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and India-specific platforms like ShareChat if applicable.
  • Create and manage a social media calendar, design engaging content, and run targeted paid campaigns to reach B2B audiences.
  • Monitor social interactions, perform social listening, and manage the company's online reputation effectively.
  • Plan, segment, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip sequences for lead nurturing and client engagement.
  • Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate) and optimize for better engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to maintain and optimize a user-friendly, mobile-responsive, lead-generating company website.
  • Regularly update website content to ensure it reflects current offerings and market trends in IT services and solutions.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and other BI tools to analyze website and campaign performance.
  • Track, interpret, and report on digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics, converting data into actionable insights.
  • Continuously refine strategies and campaigns based on performance analysis to maximize results and ROI.
  • Present periodic reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, development, creative) to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and cohesive brand communication.
  • Liaise with external agencies for creative production, ad buying, or specialized campaign support when required.
  • Stay current on digital marketing technologies, tools, and best practices relevant to the IT industry and adopt innovative solutions.
  • Build and enhance the company’s digital brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across platforms.
  • Support the creation and promotion of thought leadership content to establish the company as a domain expert in key IT verticals.
