They are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Account / Finance Executive for a leading bottled water brand in the FMCG – Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial reporting, handle taxation compliances, and support business operations through efficient cash flow and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accurate data entry in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes, and payment receipts in accordance with company policies and client terms.
- Record and maintain all financial transactions including invoices, receipts, payments, ledgers, and journals.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payment processing and follow-ups for outstanding balances.
- Reconcile customer accounts and bank statements; promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Track client-wise revenue, aging reports, credit limits, payment terms, and collection status.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Assist in financial closing activities such as journal entry preparation and account reconciliations.
- Compile financial records and reports to support internal and external audits.
- Provide financial data and insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and management decision-making.
- Support budget planning and monitor expenses against approved financial plans.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial and client-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist in managing and updating client accounts with accurate and current financial data.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and resolve account-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, finance, logistics) to ensure financial and operational alignment.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including report generation, documentation, and reconciliations.
- Prepare regular financial reports, statements, and summaries for internal teams and clients.
- Ensure all financial and client documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.
- Support Account Executives with appointment scheduling, meeting prep, and client correspondence when needed.
- Conduct basic financial or client-related research to assist with account planning and reporting.
