Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in strengthening the company’s presence in the elevator and escalator industry. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that highlight the company’s reliable engineering, advanced manufacturing, and commitment to safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure markets.
  • Position the brand strongly around safety, engineering excellence, reliability, innovation, modern manufacturing, and long-term performance.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, and industry partnerships.
  • Lead digital marketing activities including website management, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads through targeted outreach, inbound campaigns, digital funnels, industry directories, and technical content.
  • Conduct continuous market and competitor research on elevator codes, safety standards, price trends, and emerging vertical mobility technologies.
  • Develop technical marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, elevator and escalator catalogues, car interior guides, safety feature explainers, modernization proposals, case studies, and product videos.
  • Plan and execute participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, architect meets, builder events, real estate summits, and construction expos.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, PMC firms, consultants, developers, interior designers, government bodies, and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create sales enablement tools including product comparisons, technical presentations, tender documents, proposals, and sales kits.
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, internal teams, and external agencies to deliver high-quality creatives, renders, videos, and marketing collateral.
  • Ensure consistent communication and brand messaging across all customer touchpoints, highlighting safety compliance (EN/IS standards) and engineering superiority.
  • Track, analyse, and report performance metrics including leads, conversions, CPL, ROI, brand visibility, and website traffic with actionable insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, media buying, printing partners, and agency performance.
  • Lead product launch campaigns for new elevator models, escalator variants, modernization solutions, and smart mobility technologies.
  • Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, technical articles, webinars, industry content, and safety awareness initiatives.
  • Support sales training with updated product knowledge, terminology guides, safety feature documentation, and pitch support materials.
  • Oversee internal communications and employee branding to reinforce engineering, service excellence, and manufacturing quality.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, safety norms, government standards, and documentation guidelines.
  • Gather customer feedback from installation and service teams to guide marketing strategies and product communication.
  • Mentor and develop the marketing team, promoting creativity, technical understanding, and modern B2B marketing best practices.
