- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain optimum stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) system for inventory management.
- Introduce automation or semi-automation to reduce labor dependency.
- Apply Kaizen, 5S, or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies.
- Work closely with procurement for raw material sourcing timelines.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics for timely delivery of output.
- Conduct on-the-job training for machine operators and supervisors.
