- Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with the Company’s global vision, sustainability goals, and revenue targets.
- Define and implement go-to-market strategies for recycled rubber raw materials and finished rubber products across B2B and B2C segments.
- Lead B2B sales operations across India for recycled rubber raw materials and finished rubber products.
- Drive B2C sales growth through rubber mats, rubber flooring, and allied products via structured channel management.
- Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, forecasts, and budgets for regions, channels, and product lines.
- Own pricing strategies, discount structures, margin management, and sales policies to ensure profitability.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, institutional buyers, contractors, and industrial clients.
- Lead consultative and technical selling engagements with customer production and R&D teams.
- Negotiate and close long-term supply contracts, annual rate agreements, and high-value commercial deals.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across raw material and finished product portfolios.
- Identify, appoint, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners across India.
- Build and expand a robust pan-India dealer and distributor network across metros, Tier-2, and Tier-3 markets.
- Define territory allocation, channel targets, incentive schemes, and performance metrics for channel partners.
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans, dealer schemes, and promotional programs to drive secondary sales.
- Monitor dealer and distributor performance to ensure consistent market coverage and product availability.
- Identify and develop new market segments including construction, infrastructure, automotive, sports flooring, and safety flooring.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback, and regulatory developments to refine sales strategies.
- Map market potential for recycled rubber raw materials and sustainable rubber products across India.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, branding initiatives, and demand generation campaigns.
- Support channel partners with product training, technical knowledge, and sales enablement tools.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a pan-India sales team to build a high-performance culture.
- Define clear KRAs and KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track leads, pipelines, customer interactions, and channel performance.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and service levels.
- Align sales forecasts with manufacturing capacity, inventory planning, and raw material availability.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, demand plans, and MIS reports for senior management.
- Monitor receivables, credit terms, pricing approvals, and discount governance to maintain cash flow discipline.
- Promote the Company’s advanced recycling technology and sustainability benefits in all sales engagements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical selling practices, and environmental regulations.
- Represent the Company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums across India.
- Strong strategic sales planning and execution capability to drive growth and market penetration.
- Proven expertise in B2B sales and pan-India market management within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Deep understanding of dealer, distributor, and channel network development and lifecycle management.
- Experience in selling industrial products, rubber raw materials, or manufacturing-based solutions.
- Ability to manage dual sales motions including large-volume B2B contracts and high-frequency channel sales for finished goods.
- Strong leadership and people management skills to recruit, train, coach, and lead high-performing national sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and high-value deal-closing skills.
- Proven capability in key account management and long-term relationship building with OEMs, institutions, and large clients.
- Strong business acumen including P&L management, margin control, pricing strategy, and cost understanding.
- Expertise in pricing models influenced by raw material indices, logistics costs, and sustainability premiums.
- Ability to drive B2C growth through structured dealer, retail, and distribution strategies.
- Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence skills to track trends, pricing, and competitor actions.
- Experience in consultative and solution-based selling focused on ROI and customer pain points.
- Solid understanding of rubber raw materials, recycled rubber applications, rubber mats, flooring, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of sustainability, recycled materials, ESG positioning, and circular economy concepts.
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks related to recycling, sustainability, and green procurement in India.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with strong command over CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS dashboard reporting.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance tracking capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, production, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams.
- Strong supply chain and logistics coordination understanding for heavy and bulk industrial products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong networking ability with industry bodies, channel partners, and institutional stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
