We are urgently looking for Sale coordinator / Admin Executive like you...


·         To attend all sales inquiries.
·         To follow-up on status of sales Queries.
·         To handle correspondence relating to customers.
·         General administrative work relating to sales agreement, correspondence, etc - quotation, purchase order etc.
·         Process / Co-ordinate sales order with operations department to meet delivery schedules of customer.
·         To prepare and adhere to annual sales budget.
·         Answering the calls during normal sales office hours from internal & external customers.
·         Taking inquiries from customers via phone, fax, post and e-mail, and quoting in accordance with the customer's requirements, ensuring that all inquiries are responded to in line with the customer's time frame.
·         Dealing with queries that may arise as a result of inquiries, quotations and orders.
·         Assisting with credit control and problem resolution for difficult/slow paying accounts.
·         Review monthly analysis and report on your existing customer base and performance relative to target. Following up on after sales services & credit control activities
·         Complete in a professional manner all necessary process paperwork and file accordingly.
·         Any other duties as required, commensurate with job position.
·         Checking & responding on communication on behalf of GM or DGM with detailing done to GM or DGM
·         Ability to do analytical working on sales data in excel & present it forward
·         Assisting to GM or DGM for daily routine assignments.

Admin Responsibilities:

·         General administrative & back office work - Data entry / filing / issue invoice, DO, PO, WO & general letters to customers / vendors for services related etc.
·         Prepare monthly MIS for sales report./ checking of sales reports of sales staff before presenting to senior with remarks on daily basis.
·         Any other adhoc coordination job scope as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

·         PC proficient and full knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel (Must) applications.
·         Experience is necessary still OJT will be provided
·         Must be able to communicate effectively.
