We required Manager – ICA (Instrument Control & Automation) for Oman

Manager – ICA (Instrument Control & Automation)

• 12 to 15 Year experience in Instrument Control and Automation system installation project like Fertilizers, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals and Power Plant etc.

• Manage and supervise all the I&C installation.

• works in accordance with the project documents, including but not limited to contract, policies, manuals, drawings, specifications, procedures, and schedule to the highest safety and quality standards while achieving cost and schedule plans.

• Coordinate with the Sr. QA / QC Engineer for fulfilling the Quality System requirements together with inspection and test requirements of the project.
• Develop Instrumentation engineering solutions for the projects and programmes of work and make recommendations to ensure best whole-life costs.
• Support the Junior Instrumentation in the development, review and companywide adoption of electrical and ICA technical standards, specifications and technical governance in relation to water and wastewater services processes and assets, including responses to related Technical Queries.
• Develop a best practice culture through internal and external industry benchmarking. Represent the Cost & Engineering Team in working with and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure that Health & Safety is paramount in the planning and delivery of the Standard Specifications, drawings and Standard Solutions ensuring that all aspects of Statutory Compliance is adhered to, including but not limited to, the DSEAR Regulations, Working at Height, LOLER, Confined Spaces etc... Evaluate the technical credentials and standards of prospective technology subcontractors and suppliers.
• Work with the other Engineers in the C&E Team to capture design cost and consequence elements correctly and communicate transparently to the wider business. Carry out any other duties as required meeting the business need.
