Social Media Manager

·         Candidate will be managing our clients across the spectrums and look after them along with a team of dedicated professionals. 

·         Manages XX number of the SEM accounts with the help of Trainees/SEM executives

·         Keeps up to date with industry updates and experiments

·         Drawing the strategies, executing and analyzing the profitability of each account

·         Coordination with the Onshore team and AM (Offshore) to seamless management of the accounts

·         The person needs to be through with English, Candidate needs to be knowing all the basics of Social Media, Google AdWords and bit of creativeness is added advantage.

·         Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.

·         Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

·         Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

·         Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.

·         Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

·         Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).

·         Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.

·         Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.

·         Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

·         Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

·         Will be responsible for client retention and client satisfaction

·         Manage the written and verbal communication with the client

·         Understands the client business and works towards achieving their KPIs

·         Weekly/Fortnightly and monthly reporting of the accounts with data insights

Any graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media as a manager can apply for this position

Key Skills

·         Brand Development, Identify Target Customers, Set Clear Objectives, Visual Design and Web Development, Solid Content, Promotion, Engagement, Conversion, Measure & Analyze

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Knowledge of the agency working methodology and culture

·         Ability to work flexibly and towards tight deadlines

·         Highly proficient in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with keynote will be an add-on

·         Knowledge of PPC campaign management tools: Google Adwords Editor, Yahoo advertising

·         platform, MSN Adcenter & Facebook campaign manager

·         Proven track record of management of paid search campaigns (Google, Yahoo, MSN), mobile paid

·         search campaigns, GDN, shopping ads

·         In-depth understanding of paid social campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn) creation, drawing the

·         strategies and analyzing the performance

·         Working knowledge of tracking and analytics tools (GTM , GA)

·         Experience on bidding tools and programmatic platforms (Good to have)

·         Google AdWords certifications with in-depth knowledge

·         Expertise in Advance level Excel operation (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP Experience)

·         Excellent command over English.

·         Problem solving and decision-making skills
