Airline Ticketing Executive – WNMATE21082024

  • Issuing tickets and managing reservations for customers.
  • Providing detailed information about prices, availability, and event details.
  • Handling customer queries and resolving ticketing issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall ticketing process.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding airline flights, schedules and fares
  • Book and issue tickets, process ticket changes and refunds.
  • Assign seats, check baggage and direct passengers to their flights.
  • Ensure compliance with airline regulations and security procedures.
  • Provide passengers with assistance in any special needs such as wheelchairs or unaccompanied minors.
  • Assist customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and managing cancellations.
  • Process e-tickets, re-issue, and refunds following airline policies.
  • Provide information about available flights, fares, schedules, and travel destinations.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide assistance with check-in, baggage, and other travel-related services.
  • Resolve issues related to flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.
  • Work closely with airline representatives to confirm bookings and manage ticketing processes.
  • Update customers on any changes or requirements set by the airlines.
  • Ensure all customer details are accurately recorded in the ticketing system.
  • Maintain knowledge of airline rules, regulations, and travel documentation requirements (passports, visas, etc.).
  • Promote additional travel services such as insurance, hotel bookings, and car rentals.
  • Strive to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, LCC, Galileo, or Sabre.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple bookings accurately and efficiently.
  • Capable of resolving customer issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.


Salary
20000/- to 50000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
