Job Overview
They are looking for a dynamic Site Supervisor to join their high-performing team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site execution across civil works, interior finishing, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) installations for a variety of commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential infrastructure projects. This role requires strong coordination, technical understanding, and hands-on supervision to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily on-site activities for civil, interior, and MEPF works.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Oversee subcontractors, laborers, and site workers to ensure productivity and discipline.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, interior designers, and vendors.
- Manage and track inventory of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, labor attendance, material usage, and inspection records.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design intent.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Supervise all civil work including excavation, foundation, RCC, brickwork, plastering, and finishing.
- Verify rebar placement, shuttering, concrete pouring, and curing as per structural drawings.
- Monitor ground leveling, compaction, and alignment for structural accuracy.
- Oversee installation and testing of electrical wiring, lighting, switchgear, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and drainage systems.
- Ensure proper integration of MEP services with civil and architectural elements.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections for all MEP components.
- Supervise execution of interior fit-outs including flooring, ceiling, wall finishes, carpentry, and painting.
- Ensure accurate measurements, alignment, and quality in interior installations.
- Coordinate with interior designers and vendors for materials and finishes.
- Assist in planning work phases and sequencing activities to avoid conflicts or delays.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues or escalate to senior management as needed.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met within budget constraints.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders including clients and consultants.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and final handover as per project specifications.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques and methodologies.
- Practical understanding of MEP systems. (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
- Expertise in interior finishing works, carpentry, painting, and specialized fit-outs.
- Proficient in interpreting architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design drawings.
- Skilled in reading BOQs, work orders, technical specifications, and blueprints.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials and their proper application.
- Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in quality control processes and standards. (e.g., ISO, national codes)
- Ability to manage and supervise daily site operations across all disciplines.
- Effective resource and inventory management for labor, materials, and tools.
- Scheduling and time management to meet project milestones.
- Team leadership and labor supervision skills.
- Conflict resolution and basic negotiation with subcontractors and vendors.
- Risk identification and on-site mitigation planning.
- Budgeting and cost control awareness at the site level.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to prepare daily reports, documentation, and project updates.
- Stakeholder liaison capabilities with clients, consultants, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and on-site decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with construction/project management tools. (Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for viewing and understanding drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution accuracy and design compliance.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, multi-disciplinary construction environments.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and site discipline.
- Physical stamina and willingness to work in dynamic site conditions.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and address challenges quickly.
- Collaborative approach to working with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors.
