
Job Overview
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual EV sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, institutions, fleet operators, delivery companies, and individual customers.
- Expand market reach by onboarding new dealers, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Travel extensively to meet clients and drive field sales.
- Lead the entire sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Organize and participate in roadshows, demo rides, exhibitions, and community events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct compelling product presentations, test rides, and demonstrations.
- Educate customers on EV advantages including ROI, cost savings, performance, and environmental impact.
- Stay updated on EV technology, charging infrastructure, and government policies.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams by sharing customer feedback.
- Coordinate with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Strong B2B and B2C sales expertise (corporate, fleet, institutional, and individual customers).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic selling skills with the ability to prospect, engage, and convert high-value clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.

- Lead generation and prospecting through corporate outreach, fieldwork, and networking.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler EV technology, features, battery systems, and sustainability trends.
- Ability to passionately communicate EV benefits, ROI, cost savings, and environmental impact.
- Market research, competitor analysis, and understanding of government EV policies/incentives.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills for sales strategy optimization.
- Time and territory management with ability to travel extensively for field sales.
- CRM proficiency with experience in managing pipeline, leads, and client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Problem-solving, adaptability, and resilience in a competitive market.
- Leadership and team management skills (coaching, mentoring, and guiding sales professionals).
