Visa Process Executive (UK and Canada) – WNHVPE05012023
- Visa Process Executive must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Visa Process Executive must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
- You must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Visa Process Executive must ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Visa Process Executive must prepare all free quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Visa Process Executive must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
- You must take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- As a Visa Process Executive you may be required to train some HR staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules to help them to fulfil their roles to a high level.
- Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas, Green cards and other documentation required.
- The Visa Executive is expected to consult, prepare and accurately process visa applications for Canada and the UK etc.
- Provide Consultation to clients on visa processing requirements
- Coordination with senior visa manager/branch manager in handling the visa applications in hand.
- The candidate must interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
- Handling client queries over the phone and & emails and daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the visas.
- Document verification and collection of applications for visa processing.
- Handle customer/ applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
- Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
- Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process.
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the application centre.
- Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated turnaround time.
- Proficient in working on computers.
- MS office proficiency.
- Accuracy.
- Excellent client-interfacing skills.
- Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal)
- Basic technical knowledge related work.
- Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes.
- Ability to perform tasks in time.
- Being performance-driven and focused on results.
- Self starter with strong experience in the same vertical.
Salary
₹15000/- to ₹30000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
