Office Administrator – WNCOA16052024

  • The Admin Executive is required to coordinate with various committees to help them organize the events or projects initiated by them. 
  • He / She will Plan and Arrange committee meetings, prepare the notes / minutes of the meetings, circulate them and keep up with the records of each committee.
  • Coordinate with the Chairman of respective committees.
  • Facilitate Committee Meetings from drafting and distributing Notices to Minutes & taking action from Secretariat side, if any, and maintaining annual records of the proceedings for the same.
  • Event Planning.
  • Event Communication.
  • Event management.
  • Media Communication.
  • Provide administrative services for Projects initiated by committees.
  • Manage the promotional activities related to projects/ events/ seminars.
  • Prepare final reports & status reports related to projects.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Searching for relevant partners and opportunities in different countries.
  • Approach and set up conference calls / remote video meetings with the partners.
  • Creating the database of potential opportunities in the specified region.
  • Follow up on the opportunities and try to diligently convert them into sales.
  • Providing sales assistance to the partners and if required attending client meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Represent the company at different expos, conferences, and networking events.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for pitching any solution or concept.
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationships with the main accounts and strategic partners of the company.
  • Manage communication to the clients
  • Raise tickets and pass them to the concerned person
  • Responsible for communication with the clients
  • Resolve service-related problems
  • A Project Coordinator primarily assists the project base team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • You must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • The Project Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
  • A Project Coordinator must be organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
  • Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, the Project Coordinator must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to the Sales or Domestic Removals industries.
