Printing Supervisor – WNSPS30072024
- Printing planning & scheduling as per production timeline.
- Arrange & get ready raw materials as per daily printing plan.
- Checking the accuracy & quality of the printing specification.
- Monitoring & maintaining the quality of the order.
- Supervision of printing area activity.
- Manage & operate printing machines.
- Assist in troubleshooting & solution of machines’ problems.
- Managing printing area manpower.
- Train & assist printing machine operators.
- Reports & documentation.
- Manage and supervise printing staff, including operators, technicians, and support personnel.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all printing operations to ensure timely and quality production.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., design, pre-press, post-press) to ensure seamless workflow.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of print quality.
- Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and quality issues.
- Ensure all printing equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to printing machinery.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel and external service providers for repairs and upgrades.
- Manage inventory of printing supplies, including ink, paper, and other materials.
- Monitor usage and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid production delays.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials to prevent damage or waste.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and address any identified hazards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Implement best practices and new technologies to optimize printing operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in printing technology.
