General Manager - WNUGM02102024
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company growth, revenue, and operational objectives in the real estate sector.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including property management, sales, leasing, and development activities.
- Property Acquisition & Development: Identify potential real estate acquisitions, conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and oversee property development projects.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the budget, forecasts, and financial reports. Ensure cost-effective operations and profitability of all projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and property management, to achieve set targets.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements. Manage risks associated with property transactions and development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities to guide business decisions and investments.
- Sales & Leasing: Drive the sales and leasing strategies for properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on business performance, market conditions, and project status.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and property development.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, legal contracts, and market data.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to real estate.
- Project management experience with a focus on deadlines and profitability.

₹30000/- to ₹50000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
