Construction Civil Engineer – WNACCE22022025

Job Overview
The Company is looking for a skilled Construction Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee high-rise building construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, compliance with regulations, and efficient project execution. This role requires expertise in civil engineering principles, site supervision, and project coordination for residential and commercial building construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage high-rise residential and commercial construction projects.
- Prepare and review project designs, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and site engineers to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Optimize construction methods, materials, and resources for cost-effective execution.
- Manage and resolve technical and operational challenges at the construction site.
- Prepare project reports and update stakeholders on project progress and issues.
- Ensure all work is completed within the approved budget, timeline, and specifications.
- Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and regulations to ensure compliance with construction plans.
- Supervise construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.
- Manage construction costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure that construction sites are safe, and that all safety regulations are complied with.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Identify and resolve construction-related problems, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data. (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
- Provide advice and creatively resolve any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of structural design, construction materials, and site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with government regulations and construction safety norms.
- Proven working experience in civil engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualisation software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical, communication, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
Salary
₹30000/- to ₹60000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
