Job Overview
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company growth in the Dholera real estate plotting sector.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations including land acquisition, development, compliance, sales, and customer service.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts, set targets, and monitor performance across teams.
- Ensure timely government approvals, legal compliance, and adherence to RERA and local regulations.
- Prepare budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance of plotting projects.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and site operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, clients, investors, contractors, and vendors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and suggest innovative strategies for growth.
- Handle client communications, resolve post-sale issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Generate and present MIS reports and project updates to senior management.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, plotting schemes, and land development processes.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks (RERA, land laws, compliance).
