
Job Overview
- Develop and execute brand strategy for residential, commercial, and mixed-use high-rise projects.
- Define brand positioning, value proposition, tone of voice, and messaging at company and project level.
- Build long-term brand equity beyond individual developments.
- Act as brand champion to ensure consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
- Lead project branding including project names, logos, taglines, and visual identity.
- Plan and manage branding for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
- Oversee site branding, hoardings, experience centers, sample flats, and launch events.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, developers, and agencies for brand alignment.
- Develop and approve marketing and sales collateral including brochures, presentations, walk-through videos, signage, and digital assets.
- Ensure all communication highlights project features, amenities, lifestyle positioning, safety standards, and compliance.
- Write and oversee content such as blogs, articles, PR pitches, case studies, and thought-leadership material.
- Manage brand presence across website, social media, property portals, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Ensure consistent storytelling and accurate project information across digital platforms.
- Build and manage relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry platforms.
- Monitor online reputation, media coverage, and brand sentiment.
- Align branding with customer experience across site visits, events, CRM communication, and post-sales touchpoints.
- Work closely with sales and leasing teams to deliver brand-aligned sales tools and presentations.
- Support sales enablement through pitch decks, proposals, and project showcases.
- Train internal teams on brand guidelines and brand promise.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Track real estate, construction, and design trends including sustainability and smart building practices.
- Use customer feedback and sales inputs to refine brand and communication strategies.
- Manage creative, digital, PR, and media agencies and external vendors.
- Coordinate with investors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders where required.
- Ensure quality delivery, timelines, and brand compliance across partners.
- Plan, manage, and control branding and marketing budgets.
- Track KPIs such as brand visibility, awareness, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare performance reports and strategic presentations for senior management.
