Job Overview

The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance management, HR documentation, employee engagement, and administrative activities. The role supports workforce planning and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Working within a professionally managed manufacturing organization, the Human Resource Executive helps maintain efficient HR processes and contributes to building a productive, positive, and growth-oriented work environment. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate selection.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives in coordination with department heads to meet manpower requirements.
  • Execute employee onboarding, induction, joining formalities, and documentation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer attendance, leave management, shift records, and employee data management systems.
  • Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and regulatory obligations.
  • Coordinate employee confirmation, probation reviews, contract renewals, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisal coordination, KPI tracking, and performance documentation.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities, welfare initiatives, celebrations, and culture-building programs.
  • Address employee queries and support employee relations activities to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary actions, counseling sessions, and conflict resolution processes.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, skill enhancement initiatives, and employee learning activities.
  • Support departmental managers in manpower planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Maintain HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, attendance reports, and workforce analytics for management review.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for attendance inputs, leave records, employee reimbursements, and salary-related documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance trends, absenteeism, turnover, and workforce productivity indicators.
  • Support audits related to HR records, statutory compliance, labor laws, and management systems.
  • Manage employee exit processes, including resignations, full-and-final settlements, exit interviews, and relieving documentation.
  • Ensure timely communication of HR policies, organizational updates, and employee announcements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive organizational data.
  • Support implementation and effective utilization of HRMS, attendance systems, and digital HR tools.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations and workforce availability for manufacturing activities.
  • Promote a positive, productive, safe, and growth-oriented workplace culture across the organization.

Education
Any Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM (HR) / MHRM / BBA (HR) / Relevant qualification in Human Resource Management can apply. Candidates with specialization in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, or Organizational Development will be given priority. Basic knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, Recruitment Processes, and HR Operations is essential. Certification in Labour Laws, Payroll Management, HR Analytics, POSH Compliance, HRMS, Talent Acquisition, or Industrial Relations will be an added advantage. Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, Organizational Development, Human Capital Management, or related fields will be preferred. Priority will be given to candidates with the knowledge of Manufacturing, Engineering, Foundry, Metal Casting, Automobile Components, Railway Engineering, Agriculture Equipment, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Machinery, Fabrication, Material Processing, and Industrial Production environments.

Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 Years of experience as a Human Resource Executive / HR Executive / HR Officer / Human Resource Generalist in a Rubber Manufacturing Industry, Tyre Recycling Industry, Rubber Raw Material Manufacturing Industry, Polymer Manufacturing Industry, Recycling Industry, Process Manufacturing Industry, Chemical Manufacturing Industry, Industrial Manufacturing Industry, or any relevant industrial sector is required. Candidates must have hands-on experience in recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, employee records management, statutory compliance, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Prior experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce, labour law compliance, shop-floor employee management, workforce discipline, and employee engagement activities will be preferred. Experience in HRMS, payroll coordination, contract labour management, performance appraisal processes, training and development coordination, and HR MIS reporting will be an added advantage. Tyre Recycling Industry, Rubber Manufacturing Industry, Rubber Raw Material Manufacturing Industry, Polymer Industry, Recycling Industry, Process Manufacturing Industry, Industrial Manufacturing Industry, and relevant industrial sector experience will be given priority.
