Job Overview
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify and penetrate new business opportunities in laser machinery, CNC routers, and digital printing solutions across multiple industries.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client requirements and recommending tailored machinery and equipment solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful product presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals to customers.
- Negotiate and finalize high-value contracts while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Work closely with technical, engineering, and service teams to ensure smooth machinery installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Generate leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
- Manage pre-tender and pre-booking reviews and ensure seamless handover from sales to operations.
- Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Drive expansion into international markets and strengthen export sales.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, ensuring they develop strong technical knowledge and sales expertise.
- Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and provide coaching, motivation, and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the company’s product portfolio (Laser Engraving Machines, Laser Marking Machines, Fiber Laser Machines, CNC Routers, Digital Printing Machines).
- Work with R&D and product development teams to provide market feedback and support the creation of new products.
- Help clients solve technical issues with installed equipment and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing complaints and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Stay updated with technological advancements in laser machinery, CNC systems, and digital printing technologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of CO2 Laser Machines, Fiber Laser Machines, CNC Routers, Digital Printing Solutions, and related industrial machinery.
- Proven expertise in capital equipment / B2B industrial machinery sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for high-value contracts in complex B2B environments.
- Proficiency in strategic sales planning, lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
- Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and strategic forecasting.
- Skilled in customer relationship management (CRM) and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities to build and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Proficient in project management, time management, and organizational skills, including budgeting and prioritization.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with technical, engineering, service, and marketing teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of providing tailored solutions to client manufacturing challenges.
