Job Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, investors, channel partners, and HNI clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure professional and premium client engagement.
- Manage and maintain CRM systems with accurate client data, interactions, and sales pipeline updates.
- Assign and distribute qualified leads to sales managers based on project type and client profile.
- Coordinate daily sales operations for premium residential and commercial high-rise projects.
- Schedule and manage site visits, show-flat tours, experience center visits, and client meetings.
- Organize bespoke and virtual site visits for HNI, NRI, and international clients.
- Ensure a premium site visit experience with proper logistics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, brochures, and client presentations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects, layouts, amenities, and specifications.
- Communicate architectural features, premium finishes, and sustainable construction practices to clients.
- Coordinate booking processes including application forms, KYC verification, and initial payments.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation such as booking forms, agreements, allotment letters, and payment schedules.
- Liaise with legal teams to ensure documentation complies with RERA and statutory requirements.
- Track inventory status, unit availability, pricing, floor premiums, and sold units accurately.
- Coordinate with finance teams for milestone billing, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
- Issue demand letters based on construction milestones and keep clients informed of progress.
- Support transaction coordination from booking to registration, possession, and handover.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports on leads, conversions, bookings, collections, and sales targets.
- Track sales performance metrics and support management with reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on project launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Support creation of marketing tools such as virtual tours, 3D walkthroughs, and sustainability presentations.
- Coordinate channel partner meets, broker engagement activities, and exclusive client previews.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and premium segment positioning.
- Share market insights and competitive analysis with sales and management teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams including sales, marketing, legal, finance, construction, and CRM.
- Deliver a high-quality client experience from first inquiry through post-sales support.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and timely resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, investors, and institutional buyers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
- Uphold the brand image through high service standards aligned with premium and luxury real estate positioning.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes for premium residential and commercial high-rise projects.
- In-depth understanding of booking procedures, payment plans, agreements, handover processes, and RERA compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with HNI, NRI, and premium clients.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to build trust with buyers, investors, and stakeholders.
- High client service orientation with the ability to deliver personalized, premium customer experiences.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple client interactions, site visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Expertise in CRM management including lead qualification, pipeline tracking, lead distribution, and reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced luxury real estate environment.
- Attention to detail in sales documentation, contracts, payment schedules, inventory tracking, and compliance.
- Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, quotations, presentations, brochures, and customized pitch decks.
- Ability to coordinate premium site visits, virtual tours, and exclusive client or channel partner events.
- Strong coordination skills across sales, marketing, legal, finance, construction, and customer service teams.
- Analytical skills for preparing MIS reports, sales dashboards, forecasts, and conversion analysis.
- Market awareness including competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and premium segment positioning.
- Knowledge of modern architecture concepts, high-rise construction stages, and sustainable building practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as virtual tour platforms, 3D walkthroughs, and project management tools.
- Ability to handle payment coordination, milestone billing, and collection follow-ups professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage client concerns, escalations, and cross-functional challenges.
- Adaptability and resilience to perform under pressure and evolving client expectations.
- Professional grooming, etiquette, and discretion suitable for handling high-net-worth clientele.
