- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and standards including CDSCO, ISO 13485, IEC, and IS.
- Support regulatory approvals, audits, and quality documentation.
- Design, develop, and improve hearing aids, smart earbuds, bone conduction devices, and ear-health friendly hearing solutions.
- Integrate sensors, electronics, DSP algorithms, and hearing-specific technologies.
- Support hardware and firmware improvements based on field data and user feedback.
- Collaborate on ergonomic and ear-safe product design.
- Conduct bench testing, electroacoustic testing, and clinical performance evaluations.
- Analyze test data to ensure safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Support firmware validation and product lifecycle performance monitoring.
- Conduct product demonstrations for clinics, healthcare professionals, and end users.
- Provide basic fitting guidance and first-level troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for advanced technical support.
- Educate users on device usage, maintenance, hygiene, and ear-health practices.
- Visit ENT doctors, audiologists, hearing clinics, hospitals, and retail partners.
- Present and explain product features including amplification, channels, Bluetooth, feedback control, IP rating, and battery systems.
- Support lead generation, sales growth, hearing camps, and awareness programs.
- Strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT specialists, audiologists, clinics, and distributors.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering teams and healthcare professionals.
- Support hearing screening initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity, visit, and market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates, technical information, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality, clinical, sales, and marketing.
- Stay updated on advancements in hearing care, biomedical engineering, and health technology.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance product safety, comfort, and long-term ear health.
- Strong knowledge of biomedical engineering principles related to hearing care and auditory systems.
- Deep understanding of auditory physiology, acoustics, bone conduction, and ear anatomy.
- Expertise in hearing aids, ear-health friendly devices, wearable hearing technologies, and open-ear solutions.
- Proficiency in digital signal processing, acoustic engineering, noise reduction, and sound amplification algorithms.
- Experience with electroacoustic measurement tools and hearing device calibration techniques.
- Skills in biomedical device design, prototyping, and ergonomic product development.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Fusion 360 and rapid prototyping methods.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, sensors, low-power electronics, and Bluetooth connectivity.
- Knowledge of hardware, firmware, and sensor integration for wearable medical devices.
- Programming skills in Python, MATLAB, C++, or other relevant languages for firmware, DSP, and data analysis.
- Ability to analyze user data, clinical data, and sensor data to improve product performance and ear health outcomes.
- Experience with product testing, validation, quality assurance, and performance benchmarking.
- Knowledge of biocompatibility testing, biomechanics, and user safety evaluation.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards including CDSCO, MDR 2017, ISO 13485, IEC, IS, CE, and RoHS.
- Ability to prepare, review, and support regulatory, compliance, and quality documentation.
