Export Marketing Executive – WNMEME08102021

• Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities
• Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as a presentation of those estimations to the respective managements
• Organize sourcing of products for export in close consultation with the SYS consulting and project team.
• Hunt and follow potential buyers in consultation with the consulting team.
• Organize export process.
• Research documents required for Export Sales Orders to make sure goods can be exported.
• Responsible for managing suppliers, brokers, forwarder and transport companies bringing foreign products
• Leading all aspects of the process.
• Ensures that all import and export activity and the recordkeeping related to it are in compliance with federal regulations by working with the relevant agency
• Works with suppliers and agents to arrange proper in-transit permissions on shipments to various locations
• Prepares required documents for buyers and suppliers
• Preform periodic audits
• Prepares purchase orders, posts international shipments in Company system.
• Prepares the end of year report for Customs and many other reports needed for other Gov’t agencies
• Prepare export documents working with forwarders and customers to ship out.

Key Skills

• Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Good fluency in English; Some knowledge of Arabic preferred.
• Knowledge of prevailing customs rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of imports & exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentations and formalities.
• Knowledge of costing and pricing methodology.
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures & inventory management.
• Knowledge of logistics and freight industry.
• Knowledge of procurement rules and regulations
• Knowledge of packaging products for shipping/delivery.
• Knowledge of warehousing methodology.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Well-developed communication skills and a customer orientation
• Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations
• Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes

Salary

₹25000/- to ₹35000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
