Lead Engineer - WNNLE28012022
(Wireless communication, FPGA, DSP)
- Work with Business team to understand the requirements.
- Create requirements for architecture.
- Work with innovative technology like LiFi.
- Design real-time digital signal processing systems using FPGAs.
- Work on FPGA development and systems engineering.
- Develop and carry out hardware and firmware tests.
- Perform system verification and validation to ensure efficiency, reliability and compatibility.
Key Skills
- Experience with RTOS based data communications.
- Understanding of communication protocols. (Cellular, Low-Power Wireless, TCP/IP)
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, and core computer science fundamentals..
- Significant experience with memory constrained Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and concurrent programming.
- Good technical depth in digital design and DSP concepts.
- Good technical depth in various FPGA, DSP hardware.
- Good technical depth in digital communication.
- Critical thinker and passionate about solving problems.
- Good programming experience in Verilog, VHDL, C.
- Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review.
- Excellent knowledge of Verilog (preferred) coding techniques.
- Knowledge of different protocols, interface and hardware subsystems.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptive and self-motivated person who can work independently.
- Flexibility in different design tools
- Working knowledge of computer architecture with particular emphasis on the HW/SW
- interfaces of high-speed communication subsystems.
- Experience with silicon prototyping, emulation systems, and virtual platforms.
- Proficiency debugging embedded software systems. Familiarity with UARTs, JTAG, and oscilloscopes.
- Some mainstream OS application level development and Python or Perl scripting experience.
