Psychologist (Behavior Coach) – WNTP31052023

- Conduct virtual counseling and coaching sessions with clients using video, phone, or chat platforms.
- Provide expert guidelines and formulate relevant SOPs and scope documents to achieve desired outcome.
- Conceptualize, research, and review proprietary tools, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance.
- Inspires clients to build healthy habits using behavior change coaching principles.
- Guides clients to develop an awareness of their eating, activity, sleep, and mindset patterns.
- Helps clients identify small behavioral shifts to move them closer to their goals.
- Guides clients to learn about and practice scientifically proven behavior change strategies and to leverage their internal resources and external support to reach their wellness goals.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the client’s needs and goals by setting realistic expectations.
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families to help them better understand and manage their health conditions.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Facilitate group therapy or support groups for clients with similar needs or concerns if needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development
- Provide feedback and evaluation of virtual counseling and coaching platforms and technology to improve the client experience.
Key Skills
- Certification of CBT and other specialized therapeutic techniques.
- Passion for wellness and healthy lifestyle and supporting others to achieve wellness.
- Health and wellness coaching experience preferred.
- Places high value on encouraging sustainable, science-backed approaches to wellness. Can separate facts from fads.
- Familiarity with virtual counseling and coaching platforms and technology.
- Knowledge of best practices for engaging and retaining clients in virtual counseling and coaching services.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Methodical work approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients remotely.
- Available to work a flexible schedule.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a busy caseload.
