Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage the financial operations of our cement logistics company. The Account Executive will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoicing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment reconciliations.
- Monitor and track transportation expenses, freight charges, and logistics costs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for logistics operations.
- Support internal audits and financial reviews.
- Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is a plus.
₹20000/- to ₹50000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
