- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Sales Performance Optimization: Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales team performance.
