Front Desk Executive – WNAFDE05062025

Job Overview

As the Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders. You will represent the company with professionalism and grace while ensuring smooth front desk operations. This role is ideal for someone who is well-groomed, articulate, and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a high-paced financial technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism, ensuring a warm and courteous reception experience.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls, emails, and messages—screening, answering, and forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain an updated visitor log and manage visitor access in compliance with office security protocols.
  • Coordinate front-desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and arranging courier and mail services.
  • Provide administrative support across departments such as HR, operations, finance, and leadership—handling document filing, data entry, photocopying, and basic reporting.
  • Track employee attendance records, leave applications, and assist HR with onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies, inventory, and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries—providing basic information or routing them to the concerned team.
  • Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, guest arrivals, and internal presentations.
  • Ensure timely support to media, marketing, or project teams (e.g., during interviews, broadcasts, or press conferences).
  • Liaise with external collaborators, construction teams, and vendors for documentation and dispatch needs.
  • Monitor and report infrastructure-related issues such as lighting, air-conditioning, and ensure cleanliness in coordination with housekeeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client, employee, and company information.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Show basic awareness of fintech products and services to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all security, data privacy, and operational procedures as per company policy.

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and administration.
  • Ability to use office equipment like printers, scanners, and telecom systems.
  • Basic understanding of fintech products and services.
  • Well-groomed and presentable for a corporate setting.
  • Maintains discretion and handles sensitive information confidentially.
  • Understands data privacy, visitor access, and security protocols.
  • Quick thinker with a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
  • Effective in cross-department coordination (HR, Admin, Operations).
  • Prior experience in vendor, media, or guest coordination is a plus.
  • Exposure to the construction or media industry is desirable but not mandatory.


Salary
₹15000/- to ₹25000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)
