Admin Executive – WNRAE07082025

Job Overview

The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office administration. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, coordinating with various departments, managing records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office and factory administrative operations.
  • Maintain and organize company documentation, files, and records (both physical and digital).
  • Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies, factory consumables, uniforms, and stationery.
  • Manage attendance records, leave applications, and basic employee data.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as coordinating training, maintaining employee files, and managing events.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and visitors.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence, phone calls, and official communications.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments.
  • Liaise with departments like HR, Accounts, Production, Maintenance, and Logistics for smooth operations.
  • Supervise facility services such as housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Assist with statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, labour laws, etc.).
  • Maintain and report administrative expenses and office maintenance budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for raw materials (e.g., plastic polymers, additives) and office-related requirements.
  • Track vendor performance, manage orders and deliveries, and process invoices.
  • Support production team with documentation like work orders and production schedules.
  • Assist in compiling reports on production efficiency, output, and related KPIs.
  • Maintain records of safety inspections and help prepare training materials related to workplace safety.
  • Update stock levels of raw materials and finished goods to support inventory management.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for dispatches and shipment scheduling.

  • They should be proficient in maintaining and organizing both physical and digital records.
  • Experience in procurement and inventory handling is essential.
  • The role requires effective coordination with vendors and suppliers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential.
  • They should be comfortable using ERP or office management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal and team coordination abilities are necessary.
  • Time management and the ability to multitask efficiently are important.
  • The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required.
  • They must have the ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is critical.
  • A basic understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in plastic polymers, will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations in manufacturing is preferred.


Salary
₹20000/- to ₹40000/- pm (Best in the Industry for Qualified Candidate)

Education
Any Graduate / Under Graduate preferably in B.Com, BBA, BA, or B.Sc., with additional certification or diploma in Office Administration, HR Management, or Business Administration considered an added advantage. Basic knowledge of accounting, compliance, or manufacturing operations will be a plus.

Experience
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Office Administration, preferably in a Manufacturing or Industrial Setup, with hands-on exposure to Vendor Coordination, Compliance Documentation, Inventory Handling and Coordination on Priority....
